Refund policy

30 days to change your mind
We want every ORIIVE piece to bring you confidence and comfort. If it doesn't, we give you 30 days to return your order — well beyond the legal 14-day period.
Eligibility conditions
To be accepted, your return must meet the following conditions:
- Made within 30 calendar days of receipt
- Items in their original condition: unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, unironed
- Original tags still attached
- Original packaging where possible
Hygiene: for underwear, shaping briefs and swimwear, the protective hygiene strip must be intact. No return will be accepted if this protection has been removed.
Return procedure

Refund
The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days following receipt and inspection of the returned items. It is made to the payment method used for the order.

Exchange
Would you prefer a different size or colour? Contact us at contact@oriive.com before making your return. If the item is available, we will offer you a priority exchange.
Defective or damaged item
Have you noticed a manufacturing defect or damage? Contact us within 30 days of receipt with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the defect
- A brief description of the problem
We will offer you an exchange or a full refund, including return shipping costs, as soon as possible.
Legal warranty
Your rights under the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code) remain fully applicable. See our Terms and Conditions of Sale for more details.
